Miniature commissioned by the Centre des Monuments Nationaux for the exhibition “La splendeur retrouvée de la Basilique Saint-Denis”.

Set installed in front of the façade of the Basilica of Saint-Denis for the funeral procession of Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette on January 21, 1817. Reconstructed based on a drawing by Hittorff (1792–1867).
